Return & Refund Policy
At AAA Trailer, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how items may be returned. It applies to online and in-store purchases. If you have any questions, call or text us at (517) 225-1991 before returning anything.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days may be declined at our discretion.
How to Start a Return
Contact us first at (517) 225-1991 or by email to request a Return Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed. Please include your order number.
Condition Requirements
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, in fully resalable condition. All returns are inspected on arrival. Items that come back used, installed, dirty, damaged, or incomplete may receive a reduced refund or be declined and returned to you at your expense.
Tires & Wheels
For safety and resale reasons, once a tire or tire-and-wheel assembly has been mounted, installed, or driven on, it is considered used and is not returnable. Tire and wheel assemblies must be returned unmounted and unused to qualify for a refund. This does not affect your rights under any applicable manufacturer warranty.
Non-Returnable Items
- Tires and wheels that have been mounted, installed, or used
- Electrical and hydraulic components once installed or used
- Special-order, custom, cut-to-length, or modified items
- Clearance or final-sale items
Return Shipping
For buyer's-remorse or wrong-choice returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We provide a prepaid return label only when the item is defective or we shipped the wrong or incorrect item.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to non-defective returns. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. You will be notified if a return is only partially approved or declined based on its condition.
Defective or Warranty Items
If an item is defective or covered by a manufacturer warranty, contact us at (517) 225-1991 and we will help with the warranty or replacement process.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.
