1. Program Description

AAA Trailer (Carmotive LLC DBA AAA Trailer) operates an optional SMS messaging program that sends order and shipping status updates and post-purchase review requests to customers who have purchased trailer parts or trailers from us. Opting in to text messages is never required to purchase, to place or complete an order, or to receive any service — customers receive all order, shipping, and transaction information by email and on our website whether or not they enroll in SMS.

2. How to Opt In

You consent to receive text messages from AAA Trailer by submitting the SMS Opt-In Form below on this page. You must enter your mobile phone number and check the consent box to subscribe. The consent checkbox is not pre-selected and is optional. Consent to SMS is not a condition of any purchase, order, or service, and is not required to complete any transaction.

Message frequency varies and depends on your order activity. You may receive messages related to order confirmation, shipping updates, and a follow-up request to review your purchase.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. AAA Trailer does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates will apply.

6. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially.

8. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers.
