AAA Trailer (Carmotive LLC DBA AAA Trailer) operates an SMS messaging program that sends order and shipping status updates and post-purchase review requests to customers who have purchased trailer parts or trailers from us.

2. How to Opt In

You consent to receive text messages from AAA Trailer in any of the following ways:

• Online checkout: By providing your mobile phone number at aaatrailer.com checkout and selecting the SMS subscription option. The opt-in checkbox at checkout reads: "Text me with order updates and review requests. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. View our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy." The checkbox is not pre-selected and consent is not a condition of purchase.
• In-store point of sale: By providing your mobile phone number on a signed paper opt-in form at our Howell, MI location. The form includes the same disclosure language and a STOP/HELP reminder.

Message frequency varies and depends on your order activity. You may receive messages related to order confirmation, shipping updates, and a follow-up request to review your purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. AAA Trailer does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates will apply.

6. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will receive no further messages. To rejoin, opt in again as you did initially.
