#10 Double Square Self-Tapping Trailer Siding Screws — OEM Grade (1 lb)

OEM-Grade Exterior Panel Fasteners — Sold by the Pound
Secure trailer siding panels with confidence using these OEM-grade #10 double square self-tapping screws — the same fastener used by Forest River, Cargo Mate, AmeraLite, and most major enclosed trailer manufacturers. Available in 3/4" and 1" lengths, and six panel-matching colors.
These screws are self-drilling — the fluted tip bores its own pilot hole through aluminum or thin-gauge steel siding without pre-drilling. The double square (Robertson No. 2) recess delivers excellent torque transfer with virtually zero cam-out, making them significantly faster to drive than Phillips-head alternatives.

🔍 Which Length Do I Need?
3/4" screws are the OEM standard for most enclosed cargo trailer aluminum skin panels — thin-gauge aluminum over a steel or wood frame. This is the most common size for standard panel replacement or repair.
1" screws are used where extra bite is needed: thicker composite panels, corrugated aluminum siding, or heavier-gauge steel framing. Also commonly used in floor-to-wall transition trim installation.
When in doubt, check the screws you're replacing — the length is stamped or printed on the head or packaging. Most Forest River, Cargo Mate, and AmeraLite trailers use 3/4".
🎨 Color Matching Guide
Select the color that matches your trailer's exterior panel color for a factory-finish appearance:
- Black — Standard black aluminum skin trailers; most cargo trailers
- White — White panel enclosed trailers, horse trailers, cargo vans
- Steel — Brushed aluminum / natural metal finish panels
- Dove Gray — Light gray exterior panels; common on Forest River units
- Silver Frost — Bright silver finish panels; AmeraLite and similar
- Charcoal — Dark gray / charcoal exterior panels
